Unknown Stone from Kuwait

I'm still researching this one; all I can say for sure is that its origin is Kuwait, where a friend of mine tripped on it in the desert. Probably volcanic. Very dense rock.

Dimensions: 39mm x 29.5mm x 7.5mm.  Weight: 74.70 carats.
