This big (over 2-1/2") Ocean Jasper freeform cut cabochon was cut during a class demo to show some more advanced techniques being used with a big cab. Gazillions of tiny orbs against a green background. I sealed an open Drusy pit near the bottom with epoxy. There is a chip in the edge at lower right that is not visible from the front. There is more rough drusy on the right edge about a third of the way down from the top; it's just visible from the front. Dimensions: 67mm x 20mm x 6mm. Weight: 69.55 carats. |
