I bought this Fluorite rough on a lark; I was curious to see if I could cut cabochons from it. And I did! It was "fun" to cut; I got lots of suds while cutting it, and it cut so quickly that I was surprised at how easily it took a polish! This cab is cut in a lopsided arrowhead shape; it has lots of inclusions and a very pale green hue. Dimensions: 36.5mm x 33mm x 8mm. Weight: 63.80 carats. |
