Unknown Stone

I think this is Laguna Lace Agate, but I'm not sure. It has pretty little flames across the middle, as you can see. I originally tried to cut an oval from this piece, but the matrix got weaker past the bottom and crumbled off. This cab is stable all over.

37mm x 26mm x 6mm.   Weight: 42.40 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
