My Guarantee: I promise to accurately describe each cabochon's physical condition. If I repair or stabilize a fracture, I WILL SAY SO. I do not generally polish the backs of my cabochons unless they are very clear and an unpolished back is visible from the front. If there are visible saw marks on the back, I will say so. IF A POLISHED BACK IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU BUY to be sure the cabochon you want will be satisfactory! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) as long as the cab is returned in its sold condition. I will also accept returns of cabochons which break along fractures within seven days of receipt.
Mailing Insurance: I insure all shipments against loss & damage. If you do not want to pay for insurance and are willing to accept the liability in case of loss or damage in shipment, please send me an e-mail as soon as possible after placing your order; I will adjust your PayPal account immediately and ship your purchase without insurance (not recommended).
